Accounts and Administration Officer
Busy cafe in Nollamara and Cafe/Wine bar in Osborne Park.
$32.45 per hour + super + vehicle allowance
Permanent part time Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm (19.5hrs per week)
Flexible and can work from home but must be available for weekly site visits. Family friendly with work-life balance.
Immediate staggered hours start.
Role:
Accounts payable – processing invoices, matching with delivery receipts, preparing payment batches, onboarding suppliers and preparing credit applications
Discussing with sales representative to negotiate price reviews
Accounts receivable – processing invoices and following up unpaid invoices
Cash handling and maintenance
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll (weekly schedule), onboarding employees, approving timesheets, maintain the training register, superannuation compliance, and STP
Weekly pay/sales summary reports
General ledger reconciliation – EOM adjustments and transfers between entities
Liaising with the rental manager
Assisting with insurance policies renewals
Assisting with OHS requirements
Assisting the owner as required
Essential requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Finance, or Business (desirable), or higher
3yrs relevant workplace experience
XERO and excel experience
Own vehicle and drivers licence
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
