Designation: Accounts And Operations Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with the accounts and operations teams 2. Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections 3. Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures for different processes 4. Help with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks 5. Assist in organizing and facilitating employee onboarding and orientation programs 6. Help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality 7. Assist in administering employee performance, benefits, and programs 8.
