4. Responsible to maintaining the Packaging Materials stock and Cleaning Supplies Stock and keeping Issue Records

5. Keeping record for Sale cash and Bank in

6. Credit bills Followups

7. Cleaning and Maintaining the Work Space by Own

8. Keeping the stock for Stationary and their records , Purchase through central team if any stock required , Ensure that all the Purchases required Proper Approval from MD

9. Keeping and Maintaining the staff Payroll and Attendance, (Staff leave form to be maintained)

10. Collect the weekly Duty rota from Multi Unit Manager , and keep update

1.Analyse Through Report Daily Karams and Sweet Opening and Closing Stock .

3. Timing for Printing Stickers for Packing - Issuing Packing Materials , Cleaning Supplies, Attendance with Leave forms

4. Planner for Staff Welfare,

5. Vendor Bills Keeping and Tracking Payments ( Receivables / Payable)
