PillarPlus is a core MEP design and BIM consultancy firm. Our MEP consultants use artificial intelligence to create drawings automatically to prevent delays & errors. Apart from this, we also have launched our second product, a mobile and web application to manage job sites.
We are looking for a self-driven and competent Account Assistant to join our team! As an Account Assistant at our company, your main responsibility will be to contact clients and collect missed and outstanding payments. We are expecting you to be professional, and trustworthy and to be able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities :
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel etc.
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Skills in persuading borrowers for the payments
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis
• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills
• Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing issues
• Resolve customer credit issues
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Update account status records
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
