Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for accurate store billing, cash/card reconciliation, basic accounting support, and coordination with HO accounts to ensure smooth financial operations at the store level.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate customer bills using POS/system for all sales transactions
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes; ensure daily tally
Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the management
Coordinate with store team for billing corrections, returns, and exchanges
Maintain billing records, invoices, and supporting documents
Working knowledge of tally.
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
Experience with POS systems and MS Excel
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Prior retail store billing experience of 2 to 5 years preferred & store timings are from 11 AM to 8 PM & person residing in & around Thane area would be preferred & broad salary range would be between 18000 to 25000 per month
