Position Accounts Associate
Required Experience: 2-3 years
Education- Finance or Accounting Graduate
As an Accounts associate in OpenSense Labs, you will get exposure on taking an ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization's report, from cost-productivity and margins all the way down to expenditures. Job Responsibilities
• Managing client's bills and validating the bank accounts
• Updating Tally and Other Accounting ERP on a day-to-day basis.
• Should be able to connect with client's and vendors directly for taxation and payment related queries
• Administer all business and personal taxation process and ensure optimal quality of all processes.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports with recommending adjustments to management
• Performing the accounting and administrative functions.
• Handling the petty cash and reimbursements on daily basis.
• Supervising and tracking incomes and expenses.
• Maintaining the balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts for future expenses
