Responsibilities
AR/AP entriesBooking expenses.GL EntriesPrepare quarterly VAT statementsHandle GST full life cycle.Coordinate with Tax auditors for VAT & GST filingCoordinate with auditors for yearly auditsMaking sales orders/ invoicesZohoBooks, Zoho Payroll entryHandle Dubai & Chennai AccountsHandling PF, ESI Challan Generation
Qualifications
Accounts degree with 2-4 years of accounts experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsConcentration, Learning skills.Proficiency in Zoho Books.Ability to harness financial data to inform decisionsWorked in a IT trading or Software company as accountant will be desirable.Should be able to handle both Dubai & Chennai accountsWilling to work from Guindy, Chennai office
