Job Description
1. Support the management in setting the overall strategy and day-to-day operations - Oversee strategic initiatives and special projects right from setting direction to development to successful execution along with the senior leadership team
2. Manage relationships and build processes to track and nurture key stakeholders - Improve current organizational processes, policies, systems and structures for optimized efficiency and effectiveness
3. Monitor business trends and deliver insightful reports, analytics, and research-driven feedback to internal and external stakeholders
4. Identifies and analyzes operational risks related to current and potential business (Transitions) with recommendation procedural changes as needed including execution.
5. Ensure Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions adheres to Standard Operating Procedures and improves Operating procedures where they do not fall in line with the process
6. Ensures timely resolution of issues while keeping management informed of any potential issues.
7. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence, continuity planning, all relevant record Maintenance
8. Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes
+. Participates on projects or committees and Active oversight of the team’s performance and completion of tasks as required.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
