Objective: Take care of different accounting requirements.

Planning

Ensuring accurate & precise accounting.
Implementation and review

Working on tally.
Invoicing.
To reconcile ledger.
Making payments and receipts voucher.
Bank reconciliation.
Filling deposit slip.
Making voucher for conveyance and local expenses.
Preparing cheques and salaries of Employees
Maintaining accounts files.
Petty cash.
Maintain register for sales invoice and issued cheque.
Maintain Purchase invoice.
Book keeping.
Cash flow details.
Key Results
S. No. Description
Financial Statement of the Region should be completed as per target date for one financial year.
Key Reports, Registers and meetings
S. No. Item
Reports:
Monthly Sales Report region wise.
Outstanding Payment report every week.
Report related to Petty Cash on Excel Sheet every week.
Preparation of other report on Excel sheet as required by management related to accounts.
Meetings:
Office Monthly Meetings.
Any other Ad hoc meeting called by the Management.
Required Skills

Exceptional Mathematical Skills.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field of study.
Thorough knowledge of Accounting System of the Company.
Manage time well in order to reach deadlines in preparing financial reports.
Problem solving abilities & strong presence of mind.
Good computer knowledge to deal with accounting packages.
Accuracy & precision in preparing accounting details.
