DEPT: ACCOUNTS DESGN: Account Excutive JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Taking care of all sorts of internal and external payment 2. To check if the cheque is deposited on time and verifying if the bookings are done correctly. Invoices preparing & Booking the same in system 3. Cash Payment: - Verifying the cash vouchers and cash booking 4. Checking the CFS expenses for booking 5. Handling all tax related matters, like income tax, TDS, service tax, payment of the tax payment and filing all returns. 6. Coordinating with banks. 7. Checking the Job wise costing. 8. Prepare the Monthly Income Statement. +. Coordinating with branches and checking the books of accounts. 10.Coordinating with shipping lines vendors. 11. Coordinating with customers for collection 12.Petty cash management 13. Overseas debit credit note. 14.Basically he should have good knowledge in full accounting i.e. he should be handling account up to finalization
