Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounts Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of our Accounts & Finance operations. This role is critical for ensuring robust financial management and compliance within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Updating Accounts on Daily Basis
2 . Prepare Monthly and daily MIS Statements
3. Preparing Data for filing GST returns
4. Preparing working for TDS Returns.
5. Making Vendor Payments post Management approval
6. Involvement in Audits including statutory, internal, tax audit etc
7. Monthly finalization of accounts
Qualification : BAF/B.com
Key Competencies :
Proficiency in using financial software & tools, including accounting software & spreadsheets, to manage financial data, reporting & compliance.
Understanding of local and national tax laws, GST regulations, and other financial regulations relevant to the logistics industry.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Note - Preferable from Healthcare Industry
