Job Summary
(Experience required in Logistics-Shipping-Custom)
Taxation : - Good Knowledge of Tax system (GST & TDS must)
Communication :
Day to day basis regular mail and strong telephonic communication with Central Accounts and respective person to collect and share information/data to finish work before due date
Payable and receivable communication with respective sales person and clients
Regular updates and needful information provide to all branch and console information from respective branch.
Accounts :
Handle and able to do all type of day to day transaction data entry i.e. Cash - Bank - Sales - Purchase - CN - DN entries and prepare notes for action plan according to guidance given by central accounts and do follow up.
Bank & Party ledger reconciliation and cross check branch transfer
Maintain multi Bank accounts with proper day to day closing match according to bank balance, find out suspense entry and follow up to solve within time line.
Foreign currency transaction & other misc. transaction handling
Maintain daily receivable and payable accounts to prepare forecasting report
Maintain all statutory, legal, financial data & files
Cross checking of monthly financial data vs actual files/vouchers and finish internal cross checking within due date and prepare notes for pending queries and take necessary follow then after send files to Central at month closing and keep backup print at branch level.
Maintain predefined standard policy for each financial transaction also find out problems with alternate solution and reporting to central accounts time to time.
