Job Title: Faculty – Accounts (B.Com Courses)
Location: Mumbai (In-person / Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach core and advanced topics in Accounting, including Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Corporate Accounting.
• Industry Tools Integration: Provide hands-on training in Tally and Zoho Books to develop practical accounting software skills.
• Student Mentorship: Support students in their academic and career paths, including preparation for certifications like CA Foundation, CMA, and GST Practitioner.
• Assessment & Feedback: Design assignments, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback. • Skill Building: Incorporate financial decision-making, analytical thinking, and communication skills within the course.
• Content Contribution: Assist in curriculum design and contribute to learning content development.
Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Com/M.Com/CA/CMA-qualified professionals preferred.
• 2–10 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books.
• Strong communication and student engagement abilities.
• Comfort with digital platforms such as LMS, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Language Fluency: Hindi, English, Marath
