Are you a strategic relationship leader with deep experience managing complex PSU clients and navigating government ecosystems? Our client, a fast-growing enterprise IT product company, is seeking a Vice President – PSU Strategic Account Growth to drive revenue, deepen relationships, and unlock new opportunities across key public sector enterprises.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the growth and expansion of strategic PSU accounts—owning the relationship at the highest levels.
• Work closely with C-suite stakeholders and government decision-makers to position our enterprise products and solutions.
• Build multi-year engagement plans and account strategies aligned to client needs and government initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to craft winning proposals and ensure long-term client success.
• Represent the organization at strategic forums, positioning it as a trusted technology partner to India's leading public enterprises.
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise client engagement, strategic account growth, or consultative solution selling.
• A strong network and successful track record working with large public sector enterprises (PSUs) in India.
• Experience navigating government procurement processes and regulatory landscapes.
• Exposure to enterprise technology, platforms, or digital transformation in a B2B environment.
• Existing or prior engagement with energy sector PSUs like IOCL is a significant plus.
• Professional background in high-performance consultative or technology-led organizations is highly valued.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Accountancy Subject Matter Expert to develop comprehensive educational content for CUET preparation based on NCERT Class 11th and 12th syllabi and also for other entrance UG Level Entrance Exams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accountancy principles, teaching experience, and content development skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Content Development
• Create chapter-wise summaries of NCERT Accountancy textbooks (Class 11th and 12th) and other topics as and when required
• Develop comprehensive question banks with proper explanations of the answers
• Design practice questions with varying difficulty levels and detailed solutions
• Prepare video question banks and scripts for educational video content and record the same
• Create mock tests aligned with CUET and other UG Entrance exam patterns and syllabus requirements
• Update content regularly to reflect any syllabus changes
2. Teaching and Instruction
• Conduct Accountancy Classes (both online and offline as required)
• Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for classroom instruction
• Design and assign exercises and homework to reinforce concepts
• Provide timely feedback on student assignments and assessments
• Address student queries and provide additional support as needed
3. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with any changes to CUET exam and other UG Entrance exams patterns or NCERT syllabi
• Incorporate student feedback to improve content and teaching methods
• Research and implement best practices in accountancy education
• Collaborate with other subject experts to create integrated learning materials
Qualification
Education and knowledge:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in B.Com & Accountancy.
• Professional proficiency with the Microsoft Office package and IT literate.
• People with different educational backgrounds are also welcome who have the zeal to contribute to society by teaching and mentoring young students.
Experience:
• One or more years of experience in delivering Subject Classes.
• Excellent understanding of accountancy principles, concepts, and applications
• Strong content development and instructional design skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools and learning management systems
• Clear communication and ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Adaptability to evolving educational technologies and methodologies
• Verbal and written communication Skills
