About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Maintain all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments
• Work on bank reconciliation and payment collection
• Work on monthly GST
• Work on the reconciliation of sundry debtors & creditors
• Work on payment follow-up by telephone & mailing
• Work on daily stock maintenance
• Handle petty cash records
• Send quotation and purchase order by Busy software as per order
• Maintain sales purchase registers & keep in software properly
• Work on banking works like cheques issued for clearing cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS
• Have and use knowledge about central E=excise VAT as this VAT is exempted in manufacturing units
• Handle all sales tax & income tax work like C, H, and forms issued from the sales tax department
• Handle day-to-day accounting
• Prepare salary statement, PF account, worker salary and daily wages for workers
• Work on finalization of accounts, statement of accounts, debtors control accounts, buffer accounts, balance sheet statement, consumption charts, trails balance, work, scrutiny of desperation and fixed assets
• Work on Tally
