Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹4,90,000 per year

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Investment Executive / Senior Executive to manage accounting operations and investment portfolios. The role involves financial reporting, reconciliation, investment tracking, and coordination with financial institutions.
Qualifications
• B.Com / Degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of experience, OR
• CA-Inter (pursuing/completed) / MBA (Finance) with 4–5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reconciliation
• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
• Reconcile demat holdings with internal records
• Pass accounting entries for investments, redemptions, and income
Investment Management
• Manage investments in mutual funds, equities, and insurance products
• Monitor portfolio performance
• Coordinate with brokers, fund houses, and financial institutions
Documentation & Compliance
• Handle KYC, investment, and redemption documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain audit-ready records
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Perform data aggregation and complex reconciliations
• Track investments and generate reports
• Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Prepare periodic financial reports
Presentation & Communication
• Create PowerPoint presentations for management
• Present financial insights to stakeholders
Skills Required
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience in investment accounting and reconciliation
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of demat accounts and investment instruments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate
• Experience in both accounting and investment functions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
