Mandatory requirements
1. Should have strong accounting knowledge and Independently handled finance and accounts for a period of at least 3-5 years in a large and reputed organization.
2. Well versed with book closure and finalization (Closing & Reporting) and managed Statutory & Tax Audits.
3. Sound Knowledge on IFRS / Ind AS guidelines IGAAP.
4. Strong knowledge on Direct Tax, Labour Law and Indirect Tax regulations. Hands on experience in filing TDS / GST / PF / ESI / PT returns etc.
5. Adept in multi-tasking and multiple client requirements
6. Expert knowledge on Tally or any other ERP package.
7. Handled Payroll, MIS Reporting, Budgeting vs Actual.
8. Organized / Analytical / Smart / Good at networking
+. Expert knowledge on Advance Excel functions and good presentation skills
10. Open to travel upto 25% of the time, as and when needed.
11. Comfortable to work under pressure and ambiguous situations.
12. Immediate joinee / within 1 week preferred
13. Self Starters
14. 2 to 3 years of Accounts Manager Experience
15. 2 years of Assistant Manager Experience
