Accounts manager , Construction Equipment

Nature of Work – all Accounts related activities

Designation – Admin accounts manager

Educational Qualifications – Accounting & Taxing

Department

Finance Part
1. Invoicing (Manual + Tally + E-Invoicing)
2. Accounts Receivables - Payments follow up against raised invoices (Phone + Email) 3. Accounta Payable (To Vendors & Consultants)
4. TDS, Form 16 and complete knowledge
5. GST filing (All Forms) and complete knowledge
6. Bank Accounts Reconciliation
7. Profit & Loss reports and Ledger maintenance
8. Coordinating with CA team for regular GST, TDS, Form 16 and IT filings

+. Handling queries with GST department

10. Handling client queries on finance

HR Part

1. Employee Master database management

2. Monthly Payroll

3. Time sheets verification for payroll

4. Payslips & Form 16 processing

5. Full & Final Settlement Handling

6. Offer Processing, Relieving letters & Salary breakups

7. ESI & PF - New & Exit accounts management

8. Monthly ESI & PF - Chalan creations & payments

+. Handling queries with ESI & PF department

10. Employees queries handling related payroll
