Job Description
• Location: Delhi (Lawrence Road)
• Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Advise the executive team and board on financial performance, strategy, and risk management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Financial Management:
- Manage all aspects of accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and capital structure to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including collaboration with department heads to align budgets with business goals.
- Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies and policies.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the finance department.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial information and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive team.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in senior financial management roles, including significant experience as a CFO or GM-Accounts & Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools.
- Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in IPO Launching.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
