• Ensure compliance with EXIM regulations and RBI/FEMA guidelines.
MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports including P&L, cash flow statements, ageing reports, and variance analysis.
• Provide accurate financial data to management for decision-making.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Audit & Controls
• *
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in ExportImport accounting and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification.
• 58 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation roles.
• Experience in ExportImport or trading/manufacturing organizations preferred.
