About the role:
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Manage and reconcile credit card accounts
Process and record invoices
Match invoices with purchase orders for reconciliation
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations (AP/AR)
Prepare weekly payment runs for accounts payable
Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations
Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Assist in refining processes for improved system automation
Support the Finance team with various ad-hoc projects
Future opportunity to assist with full-cycle payroll, including reconciliations of superannuation, tax and issue resolution
Occasional reception relief
About you:
3+ year’s experience in a similar role working for a mining manufacture
End-to-end payroll processing experience
Must be experienced with ERP system, MS Office – Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently
