Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Financial Recordkeeping: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Reconciliation: Assist with bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Expense Tracking: Track and verify company expenses, and assist with expense reporting.
Audit Preparation: Aid in the preparation of documents and reports for internal and external audits.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, including filing and organizing financial documents.
Learning and Development: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of accounting practices and principles.
Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing a degree in Accounting, CA Inter or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and eagerness to learn.
