Role Description
The Accounts & Operations Executive – Life Science Products is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The executive will handle financial transactions, support operational processes, manage customer accounts, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring and analysing financial data in Tally, managing account records, payment collection follow-ups, and addressing client inquiries. The role will be responsible to ensure GST reconciliation, tax filing, account documentation and other compliances. The role requires collaboration with other teams to maintain operational efficiency and support the company's mission to empower life science research.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience and advanced skills for Tally Prime software
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance-related tasks such as invoicing, and accounts reconciliation
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management to address customer needs and maintain long-term relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
