Accounts Payable and Office Administrator
Harcourts Pinnacle is looking for a full-time team member to take the reins on Accounts Payable and support our Administration Team to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is crucial to keeping the entire team focussed and on track, allowing them to deliver their best work without distractions. Running the operations smoothly will allow us to streamline operations and help the entire team. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and ensure everything stays on course

We are a real estate agency with offices in Aspley and Strathpine, providing Residential and Commercial services to the community.

This role consists of:
Summarising Payroll for our bookkeeper
Checking and directing invoices to our bookkeeper
Allocating expenses to the relevant department/client
Contract Administration
General Support
Qualifications and Qualities We Seek:
Positive attitude, efficiency, and a proactive approach to learning.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Comfortable with numbers and a very good eye for detail
Real Estate Certificate (current or willing to obtain as part of a 5 day course).
If you possess the above qualities, but not the experience, we will provide you with the support and coaching to help you grow into the role and lead.
