Job Description
Duties:
· Data Entry
· Managing payable accounts.
· Maintain all suppliers details e.g. change of address, phone numbers, ABN numbers.
· File accounts payable related documents on a daily basis.
· Processes invoices including posting and approval.
· Gathering invoices and matching orders for payment, checking accuracy of
documentation and calculating monthly payments.
· Processes monthly supplier payments.
· Inputting and paying invoices on system.
· Reconciles bank statement, checking balances and investigate against accounting receipt records.
· Attaching remittances to paid bills and filing them into the paid cabinet.
· Process credit card payments.
· Communicating with suppliers of their monthly and overdue payments.
· Investigate prices and gathers prices for office equipment and staff amenities: prepares requisitions and purchase order for receptionists.
· Prepares requisitions and purchase order after seeking approval.
