Millennium and Copthorne Hotels UK are looking for The ASC Manager, this role is based in our Head Office and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the AP and AR functions for the M&C UK - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow, vendor relationships, and customer satisfaction through effective financial management and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities are:
• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable including invoice receipt, validation, coding, approval, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and timely approvals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AP aging reports and cash requirements forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end commission processes, including calculation, validation, posting, and disbursement using Opera Cloud PMS
• Liaise with third-party agencies and payment platforms (e.g., Onyx) to streamline processing and resolve inquiries.
• Generate detailed reports on commission activity, trends, and outstanding balances.
• Act as a Concur system administrator for configuration, user access, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate accounting and reimbursement timelines
• Serve as the primary liaison with SAP Concur support for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Supervise the billing process, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and approve credit limits and terms in coordination with the credit control team.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
