Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the MIS reporting and finalisation of accounts. The ideal candidate will lead the Monthly FR Reporting and Audit team, ensure timely preparation and analysis of financial data, and support Financial Controller for accurate and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and analysis of Financial Reporting including variance analysis, P\&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Handle finalisation of accounts including ledger scrutiny, adjustments, provisions, and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and manage audit schedules.
• Lead and mentor a small team of accountants and support staff.
• Prepare budget vs actual reports and provide commentary on key business drivers.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Liaise with various departments (sales, operations, HR) for consolidated financial data.
Key Skills Required
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team leadership and people management experience
• Sound knowledge of finalisation of accounts, accounting standards, and taxation
• Familiarity with Tally and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified CA with 3-7 yrs post qualification experience , of which 3 years experience of managing Financial close and Financial reporting is a must.
• Worked in reputed manufacturing company
• Prior experience in handling a team is preferred.
