We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Greeley, CO. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable skills and proven experience with deposit management. • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices and expense reports.
• Handle deposit activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Experience with deposit processing and management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
