Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: £34,000 - £37,875 per year (depending on experience)
Location: London (Leicester Square / Embankment Tube)
Working Arrangement: 5 days in the office

An opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in the Hotel or Hospitality sector, or a keen interest in transitioning to this sector. This role offers a friendly and collaborative work environment, and an opportunity to take on a varied and exciting position covering all aspects of AP and expenses for our growing hotel client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process a busy AP ledger with high daily transaction volume
• Ensure timely processing of all department invoices according to set deadlines
• Process payment runs weekly and handle queries
• Reconcile items to the Supplier Statements and assist with month-end close
• Work closely with the AP team and the wider finance team
Requirements:
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Previous experience in Hotel or Hospitality Sector (training provided)
• Pro-active, collaborative, and resilient mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and SUN accounts (training provided)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
