Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: -
· Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures & Maintaining the Billing System.
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
· Responsible for Maintaining Clients Accounts.
· Generating invoices and account statements.
· Reconcile the accounts payable ledger & accounts receivable files to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor & client accounts and monthly vendor / client statements.
· Generate reports detailing accounts payables & receivables status.
· Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
· Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
· Maintaining historical records.
· Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
· Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
· Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly financial & management reports.
Skills –
· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable & receivable principles.
· Continuing to improve the payment process.
· An ability to priorities and manage expectations.
· Good Communication skills.
· A keen eye for detail.
· Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· An ability to work independently.
· Teamwork and collaboration skills.
· The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
