A great opportunity to join our Accounts Receivable team supporting our Hospitality, Hotels, and Sky Tower and the New Zealand International Convention Centre portfolios. We are looking for someone with experience working in a large complex organisation to support our business partners into the future.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
To ensure all debts in portfolio owed are promptly collected and accurately recorded.
Assist with invoicing and receipting functions.
To accurately process daily accounts receivable and bank transactions
Provide prompt and accurate responses to all customer queries regarding invoices.
Maximise customer service by developing and maintaining effective relationships across the business and with our external customers.
Ensure a focus upon customer recognition and quality of service delivery.
Be active and engaged in team discussions, helping provide ideas and solutions.
Mōu | About You
Minimum 3 years of high volume accounts receivable experience
A keen eye for detail and thoroughness with the ability to organise and process large volumes of transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across internal and external teams over the phone and in person.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills as well as able to pick up the internal, industry specific software quickly.
Questioning mindset with the ability to problem solve and provide suggestions for improvements.
Willingness to deliver great customer service and exceed customers' expectations.
