Accounts Executive:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivables to handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
● Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
● Process invoices, payments, and expenses while maintaining proper documentation.
● Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
● Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax filings. ● Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. ● Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. ● Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
● Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare periodic reports.
● Generate and send invoices, payment reminders, and statements to customers.
● Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
● Reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger.
● Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
● Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing issues.
● Prepare reports on aging accounts, collection status, and credit risk analysis.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
● Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
● Manage customer credit limits and assess creditworthiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar role.
● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP) and MS Excel.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to handle high volumes of transactions efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
