An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in East Vic Park.
This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will have a key focus on debt collections, including all aspects of our receivables function.
We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We’re one of Perth’s biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. Job Description
How you will make an impact:
Ensuring prompt settlements of receivables
Running daily bank reconciliations and preparing daily bank deposits
Receipting of direct remittances
Matching receipts and invoices
Raising miscellaneous invoices
Timely follow up of customer queries / internal receipting queries
Working towards tight end of month deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for:
3+ years experience in debt collection / accounts receivable
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail
Intermediate Excel Skills
