The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Business Services team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable activities from billing and cash allocation through to collections and reconciliations ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great customer experience.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers, playing a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting cash flow across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with billing schedules
Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring accuracy across accounts
Support collections activity, including customer follow-ups and payment tracking
Maintain customer master data and ensure data integrity
Assist with reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the AR function
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence working with financial systems and Excel
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
A proactive approach and willingness to improve processes
