Guidelines) Department Accounts Role Accounts process Experience - relevant 1-7 yrs. in Accounts in Shipping / Logistics sector or company NVOCC (preferred) Education Graduate / PG Job Profile for JR LEVEL - Experience from 1 to 7 yrs Bank Reconciliation Bank Correspondence Banking Operations All Bank Related Correspondence Managing Books of Accounts in Tally Working in the process of Raising Invoice, GST Returns Job Profile for SR LEVEL - Experience 10 yrs Plus 1) Submission & Collection of Monthly SOA. 2) Checking of SOA as per agreed terms Collection , Cost, inventory report etc. 3) Various NVOCC Principal & Agents Accounting in Software. 4) Co-ordination with Overseas Principal & Agent for queries . 5) Monthly Remittances 6) Operation & Vendor Payment & General Accounting work. 7) Coordination with Bank. 8) Coordination with Auditor for Statutory Compliance & Financial Closure. +) Monthly P&L Accounts , Analysing of cost. 10)Monthly Payroll. 11) Finalisation of Accounts.
