We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts & Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in our large Underwood facility – which includes a factory, fabrication plant, and office – this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated all-rounder to contribute to a professional and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monthly Profit & Loss Reporting
Payroll Processing
BAS Preparation
Job Scheduling
General Office Administration
Insurance Renewals
Requirements:
Proven Bookkeeping Experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in the construction industry (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency with relevant accounting and office software
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
