Monitoring the debtors’ accounts for ensuring timely receipts, creditors’ accounts for timely payments, analyzing & approving debit note, credit note requests. maintenance of books of accounts. Verifying various ledgers and reconciliation statements viz. bank reconciliation, credit reconciliation etc, for analyzing the accuracy of books of accounts. Payables/ Receivables Management Checking outstanding statements, age wise reports. Monitoring vendor payments, preparing vendor outstanding statements Taxation Handling WCT, TDS , Service Tax.
