Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Activity Assistant at The Blake in Charlottesville, VA. The Activity Assistant will be responsible for organizing and leading recreational activities, providing elder care support, and assisting in training sessions for staff.

• Training skills
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Patient and compassionate demeanor
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
