Manage and supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to promote the school's extracurricular programs and events.
Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Maintain accurate records and reports of student participation, progress, and achievements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and safety guidelines in the field of activity teaching.
Work experience:
Previous experience working with children and young adults in an educational or recreational setting.
Familiarity with a range of extracurricular activities, such as sports, arts, music, drama, or community service.
Ability to adapt activities to different age groups, skill levels, and interests.
Experience leading and managing a team of volunteers or assistants.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Skills:
Creativity and innovation in designing new and exciting activities and programs.
Patience and empathy in working with diverse groups of students and responding to their needs and concerns.
Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting activities to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.
