The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program is committed to providing students with meaningful work and a chance to gain a wide knowledge of the insurance industry and to network with fellow interns and full-time associates. We provide a welcoming environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and contribute their ideas while expanding their technical and communication skills.
Fall Internship 2026 - September 2 to December 19, 2026
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in the test and implementation of the GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) tool for model risk management (MRM) governance.
Maintaining the model validation report repository
Assisting in model validation activities, risk monitoring and reporting
Supporting the team on ad hoc requests
Required Skills:
Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel) and at least one programming language (VBA, R, Python, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and being result-orientated
Experience in (re)insurance industry and/or risk management
Preferred Skills:
Experience in PowerBI
Passing at least one actuarial exam
