Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncturist) – Hamilton City (3–5 Days per Week)
Location: Hamilton City
Clinic: Mr. Yu Master Acupuncture and Healthcare
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Mr. Yu Master Acupuncture and Healthcare is expanding its services and is seeking a Contract Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncturist) to join our team in Hamilton City. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner who is passionate about traditional Chinese medicine, patient‑centred care, and providing high‑quality acupuncture and related therapies.

Reception support for scheduling, billing, receipts, and payment processing
GST on client payments managed by the clinic

Key Responsibilities
Provide acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatments
Conduct patient assessments and create personalised treatment plans
Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation
Support patient recovery and holistic wellbeing
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinic environment
About You
Recognized Chinese Medicine / Acupuncture qualification
Current practicing requirements (acupuncture registration / APC from CMCNZ)
Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Suitable for both experienced practitioners and new graduates
Applicants must have valid New Zealand work rights (NZ citizen, permanent resident, or a valid work visa)
