Requirements for Emergency Medicine Physicians
• MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine / Critical Care / General Medicine / Anaesthesia
• Valid medical license and registration (MCI or state medical council)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and make quick, informed decisions
• Strong clinical knowledge, especially in trauma, cardiac life support (ACLS/BLS), and toxicology
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingsness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
