Senior Ad Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore,
In-office role
Exp: 3 to 4 years
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ad Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensure operational excellence, and support the optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving performance, supporting sales efforts, and helping shape the future of decentralised advertising
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate with internal teams to understand client objectives and translate theminto effective programmatic strategies
.● Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns across major DSPs and curation platformsto ensure optimal performance
.● Analyse campaign data, provide actionable insights, and produce regularperformance reports for clients
.● Act as a key point of contact for operational and technical support, proactivelyresolving any issues that may arise.
● Work closely with the commercial team to identify upselling and cross-sellingopportunities
.● Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and new platform features, sharingrelevant updates with internal teams and clients.
● Maintain campaign and platform documentation, and support the implementation ofprocess improvements where needed.
● Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and data privacypolicies.Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
● Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on knowledge of majorDSPs and curation platforms.
● Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs,DMPs, and other key technologies
.● Highly process-driven with a track record of implementing or enhancing operationalworkflows.'
● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from performance data toinform decision-making.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting tointernal stakeholders and clients
.● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively
.● Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a keen attention to detail.● Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards, includingGDPR and other data protection requirements.
