We are hiring : Ad Operation Intern as Entry Level 15k/20k Salary

Type: Hybrid | 3 days from office and 3 days WFH
Office Timing : +:30 TO 6:30
We're seeking a dual-skilled Ad Operation intern to optimize digital campaign execution and boost organic search performance. You'll manage ad trafficking, campaign setup, tag implementation, and performance monitoring while also crafting SEO strategies to drive site visibility and user engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
• Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DFP, or programmatic DSPs
• Implement and troubleshoot ad tags, pixels, and third-party tracking.
• Monitor delivery, performance issues, and pacing; troubleshoot ad-serving errors proactively.
• Generate detailed ad performance reports; extract key insights and optimization recommendations .
• Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, platform specs, and privacy compliance.
SEO DUTIES :
• Perform ongoing keyword research, content optimization, and on-page enhancements.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies and technical SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with content and dev teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Monitor ranking, traffic performance, and SEO diagnostics; execute continuous improvements
REQIURMENTS :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on with ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, Media Math) and trafficking platforms
• Proficient with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and keyword research.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data (Excel, pivot tables, reporting scripts).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics, tags, and site structures
• Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
