About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, along with supporting the operational needs of the business unit. Your work will ensure seamless execution, strong performance, and high-quality service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Implementation
• Set up and activate ad campaigns, deals, and audience segmentations.
• Ensure correct tagging, tracking, and technical configurations.
2. Campaign Management
• Execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client KPIs and objectives.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure smooth campaign performance.
3. Performance Analysis
• Track and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.
• Identify optimization opportunities to maximize results.
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, account management, and product teams to align on campaign goals, technical requirements, and deliverables.
5. Reporting
• Prepare detailed and timely performance reports.
• Communicate campaign results clearly to clients and internal teams.
6. Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and operational efficiency.
7. Task & Workflow Management
• Manage internal tools and portals to fulfill requests accurately and on time.
• Prioritize tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Experience
• Previous experience in digital advertising operations, programmatic advertising, or ad tech is required.
Technical Skills
• Strong analytical and technical orientation.
• Hands-on experience with ad-serving and programmatic platforms such as:
• Google Ad Manager
• The Trade Desk
• Yahoo DSP
• DV360 or similar DSPs/SSPs
• Understanding of programmatic ecosystems, bidding, targeting, and tracking.
Soft Skills
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in campaign execution.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick Learner: Ability to adapt quickly to internal tools and new platforms.
• Multi-tasking: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Knowledge of ad measurement metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Experience working with international or large-scale ad operations teams.
• Certification in Google Marketing Platform, programmatic tools, or equivalent.
