As an Ad Operations Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across diverse channels, encompassing network partnerships, direct sales, and programmatic advertising. This position necessitates a strategic mindset, exceptional technical acumen, and an in-depth understanding of campaign planning and execution across various advertising avenues.

Responsibilities:

- Devise and execute strategic campaign plans spanning network partnerships, direct sales, and programmatic advertising channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Effectively employ Ad Servers, Networks, and Exchanges on a daily basis to drive revenue growth.

- Streamline daily communication with sales teams and partners, fostering the delivery of mutually defined outcomes and targets.

- Collaborate closely with account managers and sales teams, comprehending their goals and crafting tailored campaign strategies for each channel.

- Support and collaborate with digital pre-sales efforts, providing valuable inputs and data points to create compelling proposals.

- Set up, implement, and manage campaigns across diverse platforms, including network partnerships, direct sales placements, and programmatic platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance data across different channels, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, such as creative, analytics, and account management, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery across a wide array of advertising channels.

- Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital advertising, including network partnerships, direct sales, and programmatic advertising, and proactively suggest innovative growth strategies.

- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple channels, ensuring optimal delivery and return on investment (ROI), while creating comprehensive performance reports for the sales team, management, and leadership.

- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring campaign adherence to legal and ethical standards.

- Utilize Ad Operations data to generate reports using Looker Studio or similar business intelligence (BI) tools. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic image editing software is required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Alternatively, possess demonstrable experience in Ad Operations.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across network partnerships, direct sales, and programmatic channels.

- Strong expertise in overseeing various advertising platforms, including network partnerships, direct sales placements, and programmatic platforms.

- Proven ability to develop effective campaign strategies and plans that drive performance, surpass client goals, and encompass a range of advertising avenues.

- In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, targeting options, trafficking, and reporting across diverse advertising channels. Expertise in Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, and other demand-side platforms (DSPs).

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights across multiple platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various advertising avenues, while generating performance reports for comprehensive evaluation.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and clients.

- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ad Manager, programmatic advertising, or network partnerships, would be advantageous.
