Job Description
The Adjunct Faculty position at Lone Star College offers the opportunity to teach sociology courses at various times and locations. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
You will submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner, utilize a course syllabus following established institutional guidelines, and meet with and advise students either before or after class or by appointment, electronic communication, or other appropriate methods.
Evaluating students to measure their progress in achieving course objectives and informing students in a timely manner of their progress are also essential duties of this role.
