INKA Entworks is looking for an** Admin cum Account Executive **to join us in our India office, **Mahape, Navi Mumbai.**The Admin cum Account Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support, bookkeeping, and accounting services for the company. The Admin cum Account Executive will oversee the day-to-day financial and business operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you will do
- ResponsibilitiesBasic accounting Knowledge. Excellent knowledge of using Google Drive, MS Word, and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Tally & Tally Prime.
- Maintain and organize all files physically and via Google Drive, such as sales contracts, MOU, SOW, agreements, etc. Keep track of office documents sent and received.
- Check all the invoices received from Vendors and send the approval to the management through the accounting software Oracle.
- Manage and upload vendor invoices on the accounting software for a smooth payment process. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Keeping a track and follow-ups with the finance team regarding the vendor payment and reports sharing reports with stakeholders.
- Taking care of all office administrative jobs such as maintenance like Water, Electricity, Internet, Telephone, fire extinguisher, etc. and ensuring their serviceability and AMC.
- Keep track of orders placed for office supplies and review the purchases made at the end of every month. Communicate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
- To procure and maintain a proper record of office equipment, fixed assets and company assets issued and ensure accountability. Issue of IT accessories and stationery to the employees and maintain proper records eg:
- Like mobile phones (New & Refurbished), Keyboard, Mouse, Pen drives, Hard disks, Data cables, etc.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to plan the travel itineraries and make arrangements for booking flights and accommodations as per the company’s travel policy.
- Coordinate and negotiate with the medical insurance vendor and get the best renewal quotations.

- Proficiency in English.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting cum admin experience.
- Bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
- Experience using tally preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
