Role: Senior Accountant Experience - minimum 3 years The Senior Accountant plays a vital role in the financial operations of the organization. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accurate preparation, maintenance and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Senior Accountant will also provide financial guidance and support to management and staff to facilitate sound decision-making. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including consolidated financial statements Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure all financial information is recorded accurately and timely Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external purposes Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Raising invoices to clients and follow up with clients for pending payments Preparation of weekly and monthly reports in MS-excel Finalization of Annual Accounts, Budgeting, Book Closure Interaction with the auditors Manage ROC filings on time Manage payroll with the HR Team Research and resolve discrepancies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Expertise in Tally ERP, Zoho, or Quickbooks Minimum experience of 3 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
