Job Description :-
1. Administration:
• Manage and maintain our Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity, including data imports, exports, and validation.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
2. Operational Support:
• Provide operational support to our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness, including data validation and cleansing.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
3. Accounts Knowledge:
• Understand and apply accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data is captured and reported in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial data.
Working Days - Monday - Friday
Shift timing - Afternoon and Night Shift
Notice period :- immediate joiners are first preference only MALE candidates.
